Premium Bonus Benefit
We will credit an account value bonus equal to 6.5% of each Premium received. The credit will not be considered a premium payment. The bonus for your Initial Premium will be shown on the Rider Data Page. This credit is initially added as Non-Vested Account Value. Non-Vested Account Value is Account Value that is not available for withdrawal or surrender and cannot be applied to an Annuity Option. Non-Vested Account Value is included in the Death Benefit. The Rider Data Page reflects the Premium Bonus Vesting Schedule.
Guaranteed Minimum Accumulation Value (“GMAV”)
If your Account Value (plus interest calculated using the current “high water mark” of any applicable Indexed Interest Option) is less than the GMAV at the end of the Index Year immediately following the end of your Withdrawal Charge Period, we will increase your Account Value (including “high water mark” interest) to be equal to the GMAV. The GMAV is the premium, plus premium bonus, less withdrawals, including any withdrawal charges and MVA, less any rider charges, multiplied by an enhancement percentage of 110%.
