SecureOption Vision

SecureOption Vision is a single payment, fixed deferred annuity. The minimum purchase payment is $25,000 and the maximum is $2 million. SecureOption Vision provides a Guaranteed Interest Rate for the initial Guarantee Period. After the initial Guarantee Period, a Renewal Interest Rate will be declared annually and guaranteed for one year. Your interest rate will never be lower than the Guaranteed Minimum Interest Rate stated in your contract. As conditions permit, a higher initial interest rate may be available on purchase payments of $100,000 or more. Withdrawals during the first three contract years may be subject to a Surrender Charge. A Market Value Adjustment (MVA) may also apply to withdrawal, surrender or Annuitization during the initial Guarantee Period. You have the option of either annuitizing or surrendering the contract at the earlier of a date that you elect, or by the contract's Maturity Date (age 100).

An adjustment applied upon withdrawal/surrender/annuitization1 to reflect changes in market conditions between contract issue and the date of withdrawal. An MVA can either increase or decrease the amount withdrawn from the annuity’s value.
