Guaranteed Minimum Accumulation Value (“GMAV”)
If your Account Value (plus interest calculated using the current “high water mark” of any applicable Indexed Interest Option) is less than the GMAV at the end of the Index Year immediately following the end of your Withdrawal Charge Period, we will increase your Account Value (including “high water mark” interest) to be equal to the GMAV. The GMAV is the premium, plus premium bonus, less withdrawals, including any withdrawal charges and MVA, less any rider charges, multiplied by an enhancement percentage of 107%.
