The Protective Market Defender II Annuity is an individual single premium deferred registered index-linked annuity contract issued by Protective Life. We will only accept a Purchase Payment (or portions of it) identified on the application and that we receive on or before the 86th birthday of the oldest Owner or Annuitant. Additional Purchase Payments will not be accepted.
