Stellar Security 5 Year Guaranteed Annuity is a Single Premium Deferred Fixed Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity. The contract has an Interest Rate Guarantee and provides a Conditional Waiver of Withdrawal Charges. The contract will provide a Monthly Income at Maturity. This contract is Non-Participating.
Issue Ages
18-90 Available with prior Home Office Approval for individuals under 18 years of age.
Free Withdrawals
Withdrawals up to 10% of the previous contract anniversary’s Contract Value and is allowed once per Contract Year, beginning on the contract’s first anniversary. Interest Only withdrawals are available after 1st month.
Required Minimum Distribution
Withdrawal charges will be waived or free for tax-qualified withdrawals that are necessary to meet IRS Required Minimum Distributions after the sixth contract month.
Death Benefit
The amount of the Death Benefit will be the greater of the Contract Value without any reduction due to any Withdrawal Charge, or the Guarantee Minimum Surrender Value
