Corebridge MarketLock Annuity is a registered index-linked annuity (RILA) that helps you navigate the market and adjust your strategy to lock in growth when the market is up and limit risk when the market is down.
With Corebridge MarketLock Annuity, you can:
  • Customize your strategy with the growth potential and level of protection you want.
  • Lock in market gains based on real-time index performance.
  • Ease downside risk by reducing the impact of market losses.
Performance Capture
MarketLock offers the Automatic and/or Manual Performance Capture feature(s) in all strategy account options. These features allow you to:
  1. Automatically lock in growth once the growth target for your selected index is reached.
  2. Manually lock in your strategy account value any time you choose.
Manual Performance Capture instructions must be received at least 5 days prior to the end of the term.
How it works
The Automatic and Manual Performance Capture features use the annuity’s interim value to lock in growth.
  • The interim value is an estimate of the current strategy account value, factoring in index performance, costs and the length of time before the end of the term.
  • Once the interim value is locked in, your assets are protected against loss and won’t fluctuate with index returns for the remainder of the contract year. You’ll earn a fixed rate of interest after the lock-in, ensuring growth until the next contract anniversary when you must reallocate or reset your term.
You may incur losses if you stay in the strategy account option past the next contract anniversary or if you reallocate to a new account option. Assets in all multi-year strategies will automatically be transferred to the 1-Year Fixed Account unless other instructions are received prior to the anniversary date.
