Upon Death of Anuitant.

Nursing Home

You can surrender your entire annuity value free of charge if the annuitant becomes confined to a Nursing Home for at least 90 consecutive days and meet the requirements specified in your contract. The nursing home waiver does not include home health care.

Terminal Illness

You can surrender your entire annuity value if the annuitant is diagnosed with a terminal illness that results in a life expectancy of 12 months or less and if you meet the other requirements specified in your contract.
