Navigator Elite MVA

Navigator Elite MVA is a Single Premium, Tax-Deferred, Multi-Year Guarantee Annuity (MYGA). MYGA offers the growth and liquidity to meet your retirement savings needs.

Annuitant’s Actual Issue Age 
Your Navigator Elite MVA annuity can be issued for Annuitant ages 0-97 for the 3-year guarantee option, or ages 0-84 for the 5 and 7-year guarantee options. 

Minimum/Maximum Premium 
The minimum single premium amount that can be applied to your Navigator Elite MVA annuity is $10,000. The maximum is $1,000,000, without prior approval from the Company before an application is submitted. 

Tax Qualifier 

Penalty-Free Partial Surrender Amount 
Beginning in the first year of your Navigator Elite MVA annuity, you may partially surrender (withdraw) up to 10% of your annuity value per contract year without surrender charges or Market Value Adjustment (MVA). 

Market Value Adjustment
Your Navigator Elite MVA annuity includes a Market Value Adjustment (MVA). This feature allows us to offer a higher guaranteed interest rate on your annuity than a plan without an MVA. This adjustment may increase or decrease the amount you receive, and depends on daily changes in the Constant Maturity Treasury1 (CMT) rates from your contract date. If you do not annuitize, surrender, or withdraw more than the penalty-free amount during the surrender charge period, the MVA will not affect the value of your annuity.
