Nursing Home

A surrender charge does not apply if you are admitted to an accredited nursing home for at least 90 consecutive days or if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness after the contract date. The nursing home waiver does not include home health care.

Premium Notes

The minimum initial Purchase Payment for the Contract is $25,000. Additional Purchase Payments may be made to the Contract, subject to certain restrictions, and must be at least $100 per payment ($25 if transmitted electronically), and at least $300 annually. Additions are allowed any time until the maturity date.
Purchase Payments and Contract Value may be allocated to the Indexed Accounts only on the initial Start Date or Indexed Anniversary Date and must be at least $2,000.
